Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced onions
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, Italian seasoning, mozzarella, bell peppers, and onions.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls and lay them in a circular shape on a baking sheet, overlapping the edges.
  4. Spoon filling onto the crescent rolls.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to form a ring.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Best served hot with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
