- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 medium apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Toss chopped apples with cinnamon and brown sugar. Distribute evenly on top of the cheesecake.
- Combine oats, flour, and remaining sugar. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
