- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- On a sheet pan, arrange chicken and potatoes. Pour the honey mixture over them.
- Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and potatoes are tender.
- Optionally, broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
