A quick and delicious shrimp dish coated in a sticky honey garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat, then marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp (discarding marinade) and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve over steamed rice or quinoa. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the fridge. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat.
