Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add steak strips, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet, mixing until well coated in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
Notes
For a quicker meal, use pre-cooked steak strips. Adjust garlic to taste and ensure cream doesn’t boil to prevent curdling.
