Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then add pasta. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with cheese, and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For a lighter option, use ground turkey instead of beef. You can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
