- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 20 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken, cooking until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and green onions. Remove from heat.
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Shape wonton wrappers into molds.
- Bake the wrappers for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Fill each baked shell with chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
