Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and green beans. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until beans are bright and tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the pan. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce; cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal. This dish pairs well with a light salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
