Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Mix in both sugars until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and golden.
Notes
