- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Combine chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a bowl until smooth.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. The cookies should be set but soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Use a small spoon to create a well in the center of each cookie cup.
- Fill with your desired toppings.
Notes
Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out mostly clean. Do not overbake to maintain a soft texture.
