  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter and sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Spread half the brownie batter in a greased pan.
  8. Layer the cookie dough over the brownie batter.
  9. Top with the remaining brownie batter.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
