- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika (the secret ingredient)

Instructions
- Place potatoes, onion, garlic, broth, salt, pepper, and paprika in the crockpot.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Blend until smooth using an immersion blender or in batches with a regular blender.
- Stir in milk or cream and cheese until melted.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
